Description / Vegetable broth mix, 50g bag
To use it correctly, pour a tablespoon of the mix per person into a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes, then season with salt.
Usage
The mixture is placed in a pan with a little water, left to simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, then a drizzle of oil is added and sautéed for a few minutes. Tomato sauce can be added.
Ingredients: Carrot, onion, celery, leek, and chives.
