Description / Vegetable stock powder jar 45g
A ground mix of flavours, without salt and without added glutamate, ideal for preparing soups, minestrone or to flavour vegetable soups.
Usage
The mixture is placed in a pan with a little water, left to simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, then a drizzle of oil is added and sautéed for a few minutes. Tomato sauce can be added.
Ingredients: Tomato, carrot, onion, celery, leek, and chives.
