Description / Fisherman's broth 50g bag
An excellent base for preparing a vegetable or fish broth
Usage
The mixture is placed in a pan with a little water, left to simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, then a drizzle of oil is added and sautéed for a few minutes. Tomato sauce can be added.
Ingredients: Carrot, onion, celery, leek, seaweed (dulse and wakame), chives, and dill.
