Saffron Threads Morocco 1 g

This precious spice comes from the province of Tarroudant, a fertile area in southwest Morocco; here, the saffron is harvested entirely by hand, then dried and packaged on site.

Tarroudant saffron is a Slow Food Presidium and contains only red pistils, the most prized and fragrant part of the flower.

A 1g pack is enough to prepare 25 risottos. Simply let the filaments rehydrate in warm water or hot milk for about 20 minutes before using.

If added halfway through cooking, it will make the aroma delicate and the color intense.
