Brown the mixture in extra virgin olive oil for a few minutes with the meat in 2 sizes: 0.08g and half 0.04g
Usage
The mixture is placed in a pan with a little water, left to simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, then a drizzle of oil is added and sautéed for a few minutes. Tomato sauce can be added.
