Description / Olive and caper sauce, 70g bag
Ideal for pasta but also for rabbit stew. Even opened, they keep for a long time because they are dehydrated.
Usage
The mixture is placed in a pan with a little water, left to simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, then a drizzle of oil is added and sautéed for a few minutes. Tomato sauce can be added.
Ingredients: Tomato, black olives, onion, salt, capers, and parsley.
