Cornflower, also known as sky-eye, is a tall, slender annual plant with long, thin leaves. In summer, it produces blue flowers and is commonly found in cornfields and uncultivated lands across Europe and western Asia.
Usage
Cornflower flowers are used in herbal tea. Once the water boils, turn off the heat and add a spoonful of flowers. The flowers are ideal for garnishing meat or vegetable dishes. They add a special touch of color to your dishes!
