Description / High quality Matcha Green Tea 100g
An ideal matcha for making tea. Matcha is a green tea grown in Japan. The plants grow in alternating phases, being covered with thick black layers that give the leaves a bright color. The spring harvest is ground in small stone mills, resulting in an impalpable, very fine powder, bright in color, and a pleasant flavor. In the tea ritual, the cup is heated with boiling water. Then, fill the cup with water at 0.06°C, add a teaspoon of matcha, and shake vigorously. Drink immediately while the tea remains suspended.
Usage
Green teas arrived in Europe more recently than black teas. Infusion is typically carried out at temperatures between 75°C and 80°C, with a steeping time of 2 or 3 minutes.
