Description / Pancake Oat Sport (Chocolate Flavor) with 39% protein
Panckae Oat Sport is a powdered food product to be used for the preparation of high-protein, high-fiber and low-sugar pancakes.
Pancake Oat Sport is a ready-to-use powdered mix made from gluten-free oat flour, milk proteins, pasteurized egg whites produced in Italy, and calcium caseinate.
HOW TO USE
To make a lactose-free protein pancake: dissolve 50 grams of the product in 110 ml of still water, beating the mixture with a whisk or fork until thick and smooth. Pour the pancake mixture into a heated, lightly oiled 18cm nonstick pan and cook over low heat for a few minutes on each side, covering with a lid. Finally, garnish with maple syrup, jam, peanut butter, or fresh fruit pieces, if desired.
