Description / Organic Vegetable Ragù 200g
Alce Nero vegetable ragù (Name: Vegetable condiment based on spelt seitan) is a specialty made with 68% tomato (tomato pulp, tomato puree), 15% seitan (spelt flour (contains gluten), water), 6% carrot, 6% mixed vegetables in varying proportions (onion, celery), 3% extra virgin olive oil, salt, basil, chili pepper. It is produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).
Alce Nero vegetable ragù is made with natural Italian spelt seitan and elongated tomatoes, including Coimbra, Ercole, and other varieties grown by approximately 25 farms in the Po Delta. To make this ragù, the tomatoes are harvested in July, August, and September at the perfect level of ripeness and processed to preserve their flavor, aroma, and nutritional properties. From the field to processing, the quality of the tomatoes and vegetables used is constantly monitored and verified. Alce Nero vegetable ragù is ready-made, ideal for vegetarian first courses.
