Gluten-free spaghetti 250 g organic

Alce Nero gluten-free spaghetti (Name: Gluten-free dietary pasta made from corn and rice.) is a specialty made from 80% corn flour and 20% rice flour. It is produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).

Alce Nero gluten-free spaghetti is made only with Italian-grown corn and rice. Careful processing gives these spaghetti the flavor of durum wheat semolina. They hold up well to cooking, preserving their original shape and fragrant flavor. The special drawing process gives them a rough surface, perfect for absorbing tomato sauces and more.
