Alce Nero Corallini are made with Senatore Cappelli durum wheat. This wheat is grown in Italy and is characterized by its intense aroma, bold flavor, and ears of wheat up to 1.80 meters tall, ending with distinctive black whiskers. Particularly resistant to dry climates, it is considered the king of Italian durum wheat. Our Corallini are made exclusively with Senatore Cappelli durum wheat semolina, with the addition of vitamin B1, without the use of flavorings, and with water from the Latemar Dolomite springs.
