Alce Nero Mushroom Pâté (Name: Mushroom Pâté) is a specialty made with 70% button mushrooms, sunflower seed oil, 4% pecorino cheese (milk, salt, rennet), 3% extra virgin olive oil, 2% porcini mushrooms, potato starch, parsley, salt, garlic, onion powder, and pepper. It is produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).
Alce Nero organic mushroom pâté is made with extra virgin olive oil, pecorino cheese, and button and porcini mushrooms. It has a bold flavor and is very creamy. It's excellent for seasoning pasta, filling tasty sandwiches, or creating original appetizers.
