Alce Nero whole wheat khorasan kamut® flour (Name: Organic stone-ground whole wheat khorasan kamut® flour) is a specialty made from khorasan kamut® wheat. It is produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).
Khorasan wheat is a grain with a delicate flavor and requires fertile soil. It is grown throughout the Mediterranean, especially in North Africa, Spain, and Italy. In Italy, it is cultivated in Puglia and Sicily. Alce Nero whole-wheat khorasan wheat flour uses only Italian-grown wheat. Alce Nero stone-ground whole-wheat khorasan flour is ideal for making bread and pizza.
