Alce Nero Wholemeal Spelt Spaghetti (Name: Food specialty based on wholemeal spelt flour) is a specialty made from wholemeal spelt flour (contains gluten). It is produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).
Alce Nero whole wheat spelt spaghetti is made exclusively from Triticum Dicoccum spelt grown in Italy. Spelt is undoubtedly one of the oldest cereals in existence and is characterized by its long stem, which allows the plant to reach the richest layers of the soil. Alce Nero organic spelt pasta adds a richer, tastier flavor to any pasta dish.
