Alce Nero 100% bronze-drawn rigati tubes with spelt are made exclusively from Triticum Dicoccum spelt grown in Italy. Spelt is undoubtedly one of the oldest cereal grains in existence and is characterized by its long stem, which allows the plant to reach the richest layers of the soil. Alce Nero organic spelt pasta is bronze-drawn, giving it a special roughness that allows it to retain and absorb all seasonings, resulting in a richer and more intense flavor with every bite.
