Alce Nero Instant Spelt Porridge (Name: Organic Spelt Flour for Instant Cream) is a specialty made with spelt flour (contains gluten) and vitamin B1. It is produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).
