Alce Nero Trout and Vegetable Puree (4th to 6th month) (Name: Trout and Vegetable Puree) is a specialty made with cooking water, 20% trout, 15% potatoes, rice starch, 4.5% mixed vegetables (zucchini, onions, carrots), and lemon juice. It is produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).
This trout and vegetable puree is made exclusively with Italian ingredients. Suitable for infants aged 4 to 6 months. The trout comes from farms in Cogole (BI), in the Belluno Prealps. The vegetables, however, are grown in open fields. The products are carefully selected and cleaned, preserving the flavor of both the trout and vegetables. This food is free of flavorings, colorings, preservatives, and oil to ensure proper nutrition for infants. Like all Alce Nero purees, this one is also produced in a facility certified for infant formula.
