Alce Nero pureed legumes and vegetables from 6 months (Name: Pureed legumes and vegetables) is a specialty made with legumes 45% (peas, green beans 17%, chickpeas 8%), cooking water, vegetables 23% (zucchini 10%, potatoes, pumpkin), and lemon juice. It is produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).
This legume and vegetable puree, suitable for infants from 6 months, is made exclusively with Italian ingredients. The legumes and vegetables are grown in open fields. The produce is cleaned after harvest, and the flavor of the ingredients, despite processing, remains intact, allowing babies to be fed without added flavorings, starches, colorings, preservatives, or oil. This puree is also processed in the Alce Nero plant, certified for infant food production.
