It is produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).

Alce Nero baby artichokes in extra virgin olive oil come directly from Apulian soil, and their entire supply chain is overseen by the expert hands of Puglian farmers. They are harvested only when they reach perfect ripeness. They are picked, carefully cleaned, and meticulously inspected. Only the finest, most tender and flavorful hearts are then selected. The next step is pasteurization and packaging; this occurs at low temperatures to preserve the selected product's characteristics. Finally, they are preserved in pure extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with a meticulous selection of aromatic herbs to further enhance their flavor.
