Alce Nero Veal Puree (4th to 6th month) (Name: Veal Puree) is a specialty made with cooking water, 40% veal, rice starch, and lemon juice. It is produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).

The product is made only with Italian ingredients. The beef selected by Alce Nero comes from select farms in Italy. From animal care to product preservation, every process serves to preserve both flavor and nutritional value. No artificial flavors or other additives are added. All meat-based baby food is processed in a facility certified for the production of baby food and sterilized at approximately 121°C (250°F) to ensure the highest quality.
