Alce Nero baby food with chicken, turkey, and vegetables is a specialty made with cooking water, 20% chicken, 15% turkey, 15% mixed vegetables (7% potatoes, 5% courgettes, 2% carrots, 1% pumpkin), rice starch, and lemon juice. It is produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).
The white meat and vegetable baby food is made with only Italian ingredients. The chicken and turkey come from certified Italian farms, while the vegetables are sourced from Italian fields. The product is prepared to preserve the nutritional values of both the meat and vegetables, without the use of flavorings, colorings, preservatives, or oil. All meat-based baby food products are processed in a facility certified for the production of baby food and sterilized at approximately 121°C (250°F) to ensure the highest quality.
