Lentils 400 g Organic

Alce Nero Lentils (Denomination: Lenticchie) is a lentil-based specialty. It is produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).

Alce Nero organic lentils come exclusively from Italian farms. The lentil plant is very ancient and originates in the East. To use: soak lentils for 6 hours in cold water, changing the water at least once. To help soften the skin, add salt at the end of cooking; to prevent bloating, use bay leaves or fennel during cooking.
