Alce Nero Brown Rice and Cereal Crackers (Name: Organic Multigrain Crackers) are a specialty made with 71% brown rice, 10% spelt (contains gluten), 6% millet, amaranth, buckwheat, quinoa, and salt. They are produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).
Alce Nero brown rice and grain cakes are made by adding Italian rice to grains such as spelt, millet, buckwheat, amaranth, and quinoa. They're an ideal substitute for bread or toast, especially in a balanced diet. They're also tasty when lightly reheated.
