Alce Nero Senatore Cappelli corn and durum wheat crackers are made by adding Senatore Cappelli durum wheat to Italian rice, giving the crackers a richer, more full-bodied flavor typical of this particular grain. They're an ideal substitute for bread or toast, especially in a balanced diet. They're also tasty when lightly reheated.
