Alce Nero Paccheri di Gragnano (Designation: Durum wheat semolina pasta) is a specialty made from durum wheat semolina. It is produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).
Alce Nero Gragnano paccheri are made with organic Italian durum wheat. They are handcrafted using a traditional method, followed by rough bronze drawing and slow drying at low temperatures. Alce Nero organic Gragnano spaghettoni have a delicate flavor that pairs well with any sauce, especially fish-based sauces.
