Alce Nero Spelt Biscuits (Designation: Organic Spelt Biscuits) is a specialty made with 54% spelt flour (contains gluten), 21% rice syrup, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, diastatic wheat flour (contains gluten), fresh pasteurized milk, rice flake flour, barley malt extract, leavening agents (ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate), vitamin B1. It is produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and is distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).
Alce Nero spelt biscuits are made with Italian spelt. These biscuits are palm oil-free and sweetened only with apple juice and rice syrup, with no added flavorings but with vitamin B1 for child development. Production takes place in a facility certified in accordance with regulations governing the production of baby food.
