Alce Nero FarroCiok Dark Chocolate-Covered Biscuits (Name: Farro Biscuits with Dark Chocolate Bar) are a specialty biscuit made with: 60% spelt flour (contains gluten), cane sugar, extra virgin olive oil, oat flakes, honey, hazelnut puree, corn glucose syrup, raising agents (ammonium carbonates, sodium carbonates), salt. 43% dark chocolate (minimum 55% cocoa solids): cane sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, ground vanilla pods. Produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).

Alce Nero FarroCiok dark chocolate-covered biscuits are delicious, crunchy yet healthy, made with spelt and covered in rich, rich dark chocolate. The cocoa used is Fairtrade certified and grown by small groups of farmers in Latin America, including Coop. Norandino in Peru and Appta in Costa Rica. They are made only with extra virgin olive oil and can be enjoyed at any time of the day, from breakfast for a great morning boost to a snack.
