Alce Nero semi-wholemeal semolina spaghetti (Designation: Organic durum wheat semolina pasta) is a specialty made from durum wheat semolina. It is produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).

Alce Nero semi-wholemeal semolina spaghetti is made with only organic durum wheat grown in Italy. The varieties chosen for processing are Senatore Cappelli, Simeto, and Quadrato, mixed with water from springs in the Dolomites. Thanks to this preparation, the pasta has a porous texture, ideal for absorbing any sauce or condiment.
