Alce Nero Semi-Whole Semolina Fusilloni (Designation: Organic Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta) is a specialty made from durum wheat semolina. It is produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).
Alce Nero semi-wholemeal semolina fusilli are made with only organic durum wheat grown in Italy. The varieties chosen for their production are Senatore Cappelli, Simeto, and Quadrato, mixed with water from springs in the Dolomites. This preparation gives the pasta a porous texture, ideal for absorbing any sauce or condiment.
