Description / 3 Red Fruit Nectar with Apple Juice 500 ml Organic
Alce Nero 3-berry nectar with apple juice (Name: Dogwood, raspberry and cranberry nectar - minimum 45% fruit) is a specialty made with water, 16.7% dogwood, 16.7% cranberry, 11.6% raspberry, 7% concentrated apple juice. It is produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).
This Alce Nero nectar is produced by the Insieme Cooperative, founded in 2003 with the aim of facilitating the return of refugees to the municipalities of Bratunac and Srebrenica in Bosnia and Herzegovina through work and sharing. The cooperative is made up of small family farms, often run by women, and aims to revive this rural economy by processing the area's traditional berries. Dogwood, raspberries, and cranberries grow wild in Bosnia and Herzegovina. They therefore contribute to the unique flavor of this nectar, which is then combined with organic apple juice. The Insieme Cooperative members take care of the harvest and processing, which takes place in Bratunac.
