Alce Nero Milk Biscuits (Name: Organic Milk Biscuits with Extra Virgin Olive Oil) are a specialty made with wheat flour (contains gluten), cane sugar, 14% extra virgin olive oil, wheat starch (contains gluten), 5.7% fresh pasteurized milk, rice syrup, salt, leavening agents (ammonium carbonates, sodium carbonates). They are produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).
Alce Nero milk biscuits are made only with extra virgin olive oil, without eggs, flavorings, or animal fats. The flour used is made from wheat grown in Italy. They're perfect for both a nutritious breakfast and a delicious snack.
