Alce Nero Whole Wheat Biscuits (Name: Organic Biscuits with Whole Wheat Flour and 13% Extra Virgin Olive Oil) are a specialty made with 61.9% whole wheat flour (contains gluten) (wheat flour, wheat bran), cane sugar, 13% extra virgin olive oil, wheat starch (contains gluten), rice syrup, raising agents (ammonium carbonates, sodium carbonates), salt. They are produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).

Alce Nero whole-wheat biscuits are made using only extra-virgin olive oil, without eggs, flavorings, or animal fats. A source of fiber, the flour comes exclusively from wheat grown in Italy. These biscuits are ideal for those who are watching their weight but don't want to give up the delicious sweetness of breakfast.
