The coffee is produced by farmers working in the Cooperativas Sin Fronteras, a group committed to quality and sustainability. Alce Nero is a member of the Sin Fronteras Cooperative, along with the Norandino Cooperative in Peru, Prodecoop in Nicaragua, La Alianza in Costa Rica, and FECCEG in Guatemala, which produce our organic and Fairtrade-certified coffee.

The coffee packaging, with its aroma-preserving valve, allows the gases that naturally form inside the packet to escape while simultaneously preventing the entry of air that would oxidize the product. This allows the aromas to continue to mature and maintain the original purity of the flavor.
