Mascao extra dark chocolate with quinoa and rice (Name: Extra dark chocolate with quinoa and rice crispies) is a specialty made with cocoa mass, 27% whole cane sugar, cocoa butter, cane sugar, quinoa crispies 3% (rice, quinoa, cane sugar). Cocoa: 61% minimum. No soy lecithin. It is produced by Altromercato and distributed at the following production plant: Produced in Switzerland by Chocolat Bernrain AG for Consorzio Ctm altromercato Soc. Coop. Via Crispi, 9 Bolzano.
Fine extra dark chocolate made from pure Bolivian cocoa with puffed quinoa crispies and Mascobado cane sugar from the Philippines. Organically grown.
