Mascao milk chocolate (Denomination: Milk Chocolate) is a specialty made with 44% whole cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, and hazelnut paste. Minimum cocoa: 32%. Free from soy lecithin. It is produced by Altromercato and distributed at the following production plant: Produced in Switzerland by Chocolat Bernrain AG for the Consorzio Ctm altromercato Soc. Coop. Via Crispi, 9 Bolzano.
Finest milk chocolate made from pure Bolivian cocoa, with Mascobado cane sugar from the Philippines. Organically grown. It has an enveloping texture.
