Fior di Loto olive and caper sauce (Denomination: Organic olive and caper sauce) is a specialty based on 90% tomatoes (juice, cubes), 4% black olives, extra virgin olive oil, 2% capers, chilli pepper, garlic, parsley, black pepper, oregano, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
A sauce with a bold, slightly spicy flavor. Black olives and capers add flavor. A hint of chili pepper makes it pleasantly spicy.
