Wholemeal buckwheat biscuits Cuoricini “Fior di Biscotti” Fior di Loto (Denomination: Organic wholemeal shortbread biscuit) is a specialty made from wholemeal buckwheat flour 58%, vegetable margarine (coconut oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, acidity regulator: citric acid), corn syrup 19%, rice drink (water, rice flour 20%).
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
Firm yet crumbly, light brown in color, and with the characteristic aroma of buckwheat. Sweetened with corn syrup. This recipe is lactose-free, egg-free, and yeast-free.
