Fior di Loto “Maxicereal” Wholemeal Spelt Rusks (Denomination: Organic baked product, spelt rusks.) is a specialty based on 88% wholemeal spelt flour (contains gluten), yeast, wheat gluten (contains gluten), 3.3% sunflower seed oil, salt, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid.
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
Rich in fiber thanks to whole grains, with no added sugars other than those naturally present, and with a low saturated fat content, hence the choice of organic sunflower oil.
