Wholemeal Kamut® Rusks “Maxicereal” Fior di Loto (Denomination: Organic baked product, khorasan kamut® wheat rusks.) is a specialty based on 90% wholemeal Kamut® khorasan wheat flour, 4.5% sunflower seed oil, yeast, salt, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid.
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
Rich in fiber thanks to whole grains, with no added sugars other than those naturally present, and with a low saturated fat content, hence the choice of organic sunflower oil.
Ingredients: Whole wheat flour made from khorasan kamut®* wheat (90%), sunflower oil* (4.5%), yeast, salt, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid. (*organically grown)
May contain traces of nuts, milk, eggs, sesame seeds and soy.
