Wholemeal rusks “Maxicereal” Fior di Loto (Name: Organic baked product, wholemeal rusks.) is a specialty based on wheat flour (contains gluten) 63%, wholemeal wheat flour (contains gluten) 30%, sunflower seed oil 3.5%, yeast, wheat gluten (contains gluten), flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid.
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
Rich in fiber thanks to whole grains, with no added sugars other than those naturally present, and with a low saturated fat content, hence the choice of organic sunflower oil.
