Kamut® daisies with puffed rice Zero% Yeast Fior di Loto (Name: Organic shortbread biscuit without yeast with very low salt content) is a specialty based on 49% Kamut khorasan wheat flour, 25% rice syrup, 17% sunflower oil, 7% apple juice, 1.3% puffed rice, natural vanilla flavoring, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
The yeast-free cookie. With khorasan kamut wheat flour, it's a great alternative to wheat. The recipe is sugar-free, and the sweetness comes from the use of rice syrup and apple juice.
