Kamut® Riccafrolla with Zero% Milk Rice Cream Fior di Loto (Denomination: Organic milk-free shortbread biscuit) is a specialty made from 48% Kamut khorasan wheat flour, 19% rice syrup, 14% sunflower oil, rice flour, 5% rice cream [70% rice drink (water, 17% rice, sunflower oil, sea salt), 15% rice flour, rice syrup], corn starch, raising agents (potassium hydrogen tartrate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, sea salt, natural vanilla flavoring, lemon essential oil.
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
Made exclusively with khorasan kamut wheat flour, it is also an ideal food for those who choose a varied diet and are looking for alternatives to traditional wheat-based foods.
