Kamut® and corn biscuits “Fior di Biscotti” Fior di Loto (Name: Fior di biscotti made from Kamut® khorasan wheat and corn. Organic shortbread biscuits with wholemeal Kamut® khorasan wheat flour) is a specialty made from 36% wholemeal Kamut® khorasan wheat flour, 23.7% corn syrup, 21% corn flour, vegetable margarine (coconut oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, acidity regulator: citric acid), rice drink (water, rice flour, 20%).
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
Firm yet crumbly, yellow in color, with the characteristic aroma and flavor of corn. Sweetened with corn malt. Palm oil-free, yeast-free, and vegan-friendly.
