Fior di Loto fine iodized sea salt (Name: Fine food sea salt enriched with iodine) is a specialty based on natural sea salt, anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate, potassium iodate 0.0051% equal to 3mg of iodine (I) per 100g of product.
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
This iodized salt is dried at low temperatures and then ground. Finally, potassium iodate is added in the quantities required by law.
