Organic shortbread biscuit with wholemeal spelt flour.) is a specialty made from wholemeal spelt flour (contains gluten) 52%, cane sugar, vegetable margarine, (coconut oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, acidity regulator: citric acid), puffed amaranth, 5%, rice drink powder, (water, rice).
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
Light brown biscuits with white amaranth speckles, a firm yet crumbly texture, and the pleasant taste and aroma of spelt biscuits with a distinct amaranth flavor.
