Wholemeal biscuits with spelt and rice “Fior di Biscotti” Fior di Loto (Name: Organic shortbread biscuit with wholemeal spelt flour) is a specialty made from wholemeal spelt flour (contains gluten) 34%, corn syrup, 24%, rice flour, 23%, vegetable margarine, (coconut oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, acidity regulator: citric acid), rice drink, (water, rice flour, 20%).
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
With a crumbly texture, light brown in color, and the characteristic aroma of whole wheat spelt and rice. Yeast-free and free from animal-derived ingredients. Sweetened with corn syrup and palm oil-free.
