Organic biscuits with spelt flakes Maxicereal Fior di Loto (Denomination: Organic shortbread biscuit) is a specialty based on wholemeal spelt flour (contains gluten) 46%, wholemeal spelt flakes (contains gluten) 22%, corn syrup 19%, sunflower oil 11%, raising agents (monopotassium tartrate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, corn starch), rice drink powder (rice, water).
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
Whole wheat spelt biscuits, rich in fiber. Sweetened with corn syrup. Ideal for breakfast, they have a round shape and the typical spelt flavor. They're also an excellent source of fiber thanks to the use of whole wheat flour and flakes.
