Organic shortbread biscuit with wholemeal spelt flour) is a specialty made from wholemeal spelt flour (contains gluten) 53%, cane sugar, vegetable margarine (coconut oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, acidity regulator: citric acid), puffed millet 4%, rice drink (water, rice flour 20%).
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
Delicious whipped dough biscuits, made the traditional way. Light brown biscuits with white millet speckles, a firm yet crumbly texture, and the pleasant flavor and aroma of spelt biscuits with a distinct millet flavor.
