Kamut® khorasan wheat crackers Fior di Loto (Name: Kamut® khorasan wheat crackers. Organic baked product.) is a specialty made from 86% Kamut® khorasan wheat flour, 10% sunflower oil, salt, yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae).
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
A short recipe with just a few ingredients, this is a tasty bread substitute for everyday use. Made with sunflower oil and palm oil-free, it's an excellent alternative to wheat.
